HOW TO CONNECT ELECTRICITY

Donot, under any circumstances, cut orremove thethird (ground)prongfrom the powercord.
Forpersonalsafety, thisappliancemust be properlygrounded.
Thepower cordof this applianceis equipped
witha 3-prong(grounding)plugwhich mates
witha standard3-prong(grounding)walloutlet to
minimizethepossibilityof electricshockhazard from
thisappliance.
Havethe walloutlet andcircuit checkedby a
qualifiedelectricianto make surethe outletis
properly grounded.
Wherea standard2-prongwall outletis encountered,
itis your personalresponsibility and obligationto
haveit replacedwith a properlygrounded3-prong
walloutlet.
Therefrigeratorshouldalwaysbe pluggedinto its
ownindividualelectricaloutletwhich hasa voltage
ratingthatmatches therating plate.
Thisprovidesthe bestperformanceand also prevents
overloading house wiringcircuitswhich couldcausea
firehazardfrom overheatedwires.
Neverunplugyour refrigeratorby pullingon the
powercord.Always gripplug firmlyand pull straight
outfrom the outlet.
Repairor replaceimmediately allpower cordsthat
havebecomefrayed or otherwisedamaged.Do not
usea cord thatshows cracksor abrasiondamage
alongits lengthor at eitherend.
Whenmovingthe refrigeratorawayfrom the
