2 libras (900 g) de asado a la londinense, de bistec de masa redonda o del corte deseado

8 onzas (225 g) de champiñones enteros

1 cebolla grande

Para marinar (se puede sustituir con marinado preparado):

1 diente de ajo picado

12 taza (125 ml) de salsa de soya

2 cucharadas (30 ml) de aceite vegetal

1 cucharada (15 ml) de vinagre

2 cucharadas (30 ml) de catsup

1 cucharadita (5 ml) de orégano seco

1 cucharadita (5 ml) de pimienta negra molida

Siga las instrucciones para cocinar a la parrilla.

En un tazón pequeño, mezcle el ajo, salsa de soya, aceite, vinagre, catsup, orégano y pimienta negra. Con un tenedor, haga varios orificios por ambos lados de la carne. Vierta el marinado sobre la carne. Marine por una hora.
