Troubleshooting

Follow Pressure Relief Procedure, page 22, before checking or repairing gun.

NOTICE

To prevent cross-contamination of the equipment’s wet- ted parts, never interchange component A (isocyanate) and component B (resin) parts. The gun is shipped with the A side on the left. The fluid manifold, fluid housing, side seal assembly, check valve cartridge, and mix chamber are marked on the A side.

Use the following table to check all possible problems and causes before disassembling gun. See Mainte- nance on page 24 and Repair on page 31 for refer- enced procedures.
