The factory setting is 140ºF (60ºC), but can be changed to a maximum setting of 176ºF (80ºC), and a minimum setting of 122ºF (50ºC), by using the Up and Down buttons.

The settings for the U.S.A. must be 140ºF (60ºC) and for England, 158ºF (70ºC).
18.Selecting Fahrenheit or Celsius. Press the Alarm button 18 times and ºF or ºC will show in the display. Use the Up and Down buttons to toggle from ºF to ºC, or vice versa.
