To clear jams from a finishing device (the optional multi-bin mailbox, 3000-sheet stapler, 3000-sheet stapler/stacker)

1Pull the finishing device away from the printer.

2Remove any jammed media from between the finishing device and printer.

3Push the finishing device back toward the printer.
