4.When the Found New Hardware Wizard appears, do the following:

a. Select Install from a list or specific location (Advanced) and click Next.

b.Select Search for the best driver in these locations and Include this location in the search and then click Browse and navigate to the FTDI folder inside the HP sp400 Series Configuration Software folder. Click Next.
