Help commands

To get help during a CLI session, use the help command. This command displays all available commands of HP Insight CMU CLI.

cmu> help

Getting help for a command

To get detailed information and the exact syntax of a command:

#help command_name

For example, to get more information about the halt command:

cmu> help halt

Delay can be anything in "now, 1, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60" minutes halt delay "mesg" all

halt all nodes halt delay "mesg" node_1

halt node node_1 halt delay "mesg" node_1 node_2 halt nodes node_1 node_2

halt delay "mesg" node_1 - node_n

halt all nodes between node_1 and node_n halt delay "mesg" node_*

halt all nodes starting with node_ word halt delay "mesg" allbut node_1

halt all nodes except node_1 halt delay "mesg" all group_1
