Create, edit, and delete speed-dial entries
You can store frequently dialed fax numbers (up to 100 entries) as
●Create and edit
1.From the Home screen on the product control panel, touch the Fax button.
2.Touch Fax Menu, and then touch Phone Book Setup.
3.Touch Individual Setup.
4.Select an unassigned number from the list.
5.Use the keypad to enter a name for the entry, and then touch the OK button.
6.Use the keypad to enter the fax number for the entry, and then touch the OK button.
Delete1.From the Home screen on the product control panel, touch the Fax button.
2.Touch Fax Menu, and then touch Phone Book Setup.
3.Touch Delete Entry.
4.Select the entry you want to delete, and then touch the OK button.
