Command Error Display and Countermeasures

Command errors occur during the processing of command data received from the computer.

If the printer's command set-up differs from the type of command data sent from the computer

If there is a grammatical error in the command data sent from the computer

The beeper gives three long beeps when a data error occurs.

NOTE

•A command error may occur together with a data error (related to error code I15). In this case the communication settings should be checked.

•The command that caused the error may be shown enclosed in brackets in the data error message.
