To identify the software products on a system or a media, use swlist. For example, to show revision and descriptive title of all software installed on a system, enter:
/usr/sbin/swlist
To show revision and descriptive title of all software on a
/usr/sbin/swlist -s /cdrom
swlist has many options to expand or narrow the listing to specific software and software attributes. For more about swlist, see Managing
