Installing a processor in HP ProLiant ML110 Generation 5 Servers

The server uses an embedded PPM as a DC-to-DC converter to provide the proper power to the processor. To install the component:

1.Power down the server (on page 6).

2.Extend the server from the rack.

3.Remove the access panel ("Access panel" on page 11).
