If Device Does Not Write to Device Log￿

Symptom	Cause/Solution
Managed devices do not write	The device is not reporting any errors or status changes.

	– If FC Manager is not integrated with OpenView NNM, verify
	that the trap daemon (fcman-td)is running.
	– If FC Manager is integrated with OpenView NNM, verify
	that the trap daemon (fcman-ov)is running.
