A device’s power status is BAD on

One of the switch’s two power supplies is unplugged.

Verify that both of the switch’s power supplies are plugged in.

This solution does not apply to the HP hub.

 

The device’s power supply is faulty.

 

– For the HP hub, replace the hub.

 

– For the HP switch, contact a Hewlett-Packard service

 

representative to replace the faulty power supply.
