Before using the device,watchout for areasthat havepotentiallyexplosive atmospheresthat areoften, but not always, clearlymarked. Suchlocations include areasbelowthe deckonboats, chemical transfer or storage facilities, and areas where the air contains chemicals or particles such as grain, dust, or metal powders. Ask the manufacturers of vehicles using liquefied petroleumgas(suchaspropaneorbutane)whetherthis device canbe safely used in their vicinity.
