2. Select Utility using the buttonand press the OK
or button.
3. Select Calendar, Biorhythm or Games using the
buttonand press the OK button.

Youcan see the calendar specified year or month.
Pressthe buttonto change month.

Youadjust your birth year and date to see your current biorhythm status.
