For best results mower blades must be kept sharp. Replace bent or damaged blades.

BLADE REMOVAL

•Raise mower to highest position to allow access to blades.

•Remove hex bolt, lock washer and fl at washer securing blade.

•Install new or resharpened blade with trailing edge up towards deck as shown.

IMPORTANT: To ensure proper assembly, center hole in blade must align with star on mandrel assembly.

•Reassemble hex bolt, lock washer and fl at washer in exact order as shown.

•Tighten bolt securely (27-35 Ft. Lbs. torque).

IMPORTANT: Blade bolt is grade 8 heat treated

Für beste Mähergebnisse müssen die Messerbalken immer opti mal geschliffen sein. Wechseln Sie verbogene oder beschädigte Messerbalken sofort aus.

WECHSELN DER MESSERBALKEN:

•Fahren Sie das Mähdeck in die höchste Position, um Zugriff zu den Messerbalken zu bekommen.

•Lösen Sie die Sechskantschraube, die Sicherungss- cheibe und die Unterlegscheibe, die den Messerbalken fi xieren.

•Montieren Sie den neuen bzw. den neu geschärften Messerbalken, wobei die hintere (Hilfschneid-) Kante wie abgebildet nach oben zur Plattform zeigen muß.

WICHTIG: Um eine richtige Montage zu gewährleisten, muß die Zentrierbohrung des Messerbalkens mit der Messerauf- nahme übereinstimmen.

•Montieren Sie nun in der beschriebenen Reihenfolge die Sechskantschraube, die Sicherungsscheibe sowie die Unterlegscheibe.

•Ziehen Sie die Schrauben gut fest (Drehmoment: 27-37 Nm.)

WICHTIG: Die Sechskantschraube des Messerbalkens ist wärmebehandelt.

Pour avoir une bonne qualité de coupe, il est indispensable que les lames soient bien affûtées. Remplacer immédiate- ment les lames endommagées ou tordues.

POUR REMPLACER LES LAMES :

•Relever le carter de coupe au maximum afi n d'avoir ac- cès aux lames.

•Devisser la vis à tête hexagonale avec la rondelle frein et la rondelle plate qui fi xent la lame sur le moyeu.

•Mettre en place la nouvelle lame, ou la lame d'origine réaffûtée, avec le tranchant tourné vers le haut comme indiqué.

ATTENTION : Pour que la lame soit bien montée, l'alésage central en forme d'étoile de la lame doit être parfaitement emboîté sur l'étoile du moyeu.

•Revisser la vis à tête hexagonale avec sa rondelle frein et sa rondelle plate en respectant l'ordre prescrit.

•Serrer la vis avec un couple de serrage de 3,7 à 4,9 mkg.

ATTENTION : La vis de fi xation de la lame a été traitée thermiquement en classe 8, bien respecter le couple de serrage.

C'MO DESMONTAR LAS CUCHILLAS

•Eleve la segadora hasta su posición más alta para poder alcanzar las cuchillas.

•Desentornille el tornillo de cabeza de seis facetas, la arandela elastica (de resorte) y la arandela plana que sujetan la cuchilla.

•Monte la cuchilla nueva o afi lada con el canto trasero hacia arriba adjunto a la plataforma como indicado.

IMPORTANTE: Para asegurar un montaje correcto el orifi - cio central de la cuchilla hay que ajustarlo a la estrella del mandril.

•Monte otra vez el tornillo de cabeza de seis facetas, la arandela elastica y la arandela plana en sucesion exacta como es indicado.

•Apriete establemente el tornillo (momento de rotacion 27-35 Ft. Lbs.).

IMPORTANTE: El tornillo de la cuchilla es de tratamiento tèrmico-clase 8.

RIMOZIONE DELLE LAME

•Sollevare la macchina per avere accesso alle lame.

•Disserrare il bullone a testa esagonale, la rondella elastica e la rondella piatta che fi ssano la lama.

•Montare una nuova lama o una lama con palettaura posteriore rivolta verso il piatto, come indicato.

ATTENZIONE: Per assicurare un buon fissaggio centrale della lama, è necessario che questa combaci perfettamente con il mozzo.

•Montare il nuovo bullone a testa esagonale, la rondella elastica e la rondella piatta nell'ordine esatto, come in- dicato.

•Restringere bene il bullone di bloccaggio della lama (coppia di serraggio: 27-35 ft./lbs)

ATTENZIONE: Il bullone di bloccaggio della lama è stato sottoposto a trattamento termico di classe 8.

•Zet de maaier in de hoogste stand om bij de messen te kunnen.

•Verwijder de zeskantbout, de veerring, en vlakke ring die het mes op zijn plaats houden.

•Monteer een nieuw of geslepen mes waarbij het sleep (hulp) mes omhoog naar het maaidek gericht moet zijn, zie afbeelding.

BELANGRIJK:Om zeker te zijn van goede montage moet het centrumgat in het mes passen met de ster op de mandrijn.

•Bevestig de zeskantbout, veerring en vlakke ring weer in precies dezelfde volgorde als op de afbeelding te zien is.

•Haal de bouten stevig aan (aandraaimoment 27-35 ft. lbs.)

BELANGRIJK: De bout van het mes is warmtebehandeld volgens klasse 8.
