6.See Figure 6. Remove the top cover. Pull the front of the top cover forward and off the mounting post.
7.Reach in and release the rear latch in the CR station paper well.
Note: Make sure that the front shock is correctly seated in the top cover before installing a new top cover.
8.Lift the front of the top cover outward and upward until it clears the post.
9.Pull the bottom left side of top cover locking latch outward and upward until the side is clear of the track guide. See Figure 6. Pull the latch forward while pulling up on the rear of the top cover until the latch clears. Lift the top cover clear.

10.Complete the necessary repair.
11.Reassemble.
Attention: When reassembling, be sure that the clear plastic paper guide is inserted through the slot in the paper cover.
Ensure that the front rubber shock mount is correctly seated in the top cover before installing the top cover.
