Overview

CAUTION

The LineTest utility should be used only in cases of trouble at installation, and only with Telco agreement.

When an adapter port is working properly, it is in Operational mode. The LineTest utility enables you to set port modes so that you can do low-level testing.

This appendix explains how to do the following LineTest tasks:

•Access online help

•Set port testing and clock modes

•Use the Help menu command to display the main online help.

•Press F1 to display contextual help in a pop-up window.
