resistance of the sensor increases. The resistance of the sensor at 350°F is approxi- mately 1654 ohms. The electronic control monitors the resistance value of the sensor and cycles the oven heating elements off. As the temperature in the oven decreases, the resistance of the sensor decreases. At a predetermined temperature setting, the electronic control will initiate another heat- ing cycle in the oven elements. See oven sensor chart at right for resistance values.
