Something not working

Something not working

If the oven is not working correctly, please carry out the following checks, before contacting your local Service Force Centre.

Important! If you call out an engineer to a fault listed below, or to repair a fault caused by incorrect use or installation, a charge will be made even if the appliance is under guarantee.

Problem

The oven is not heating up

The oven lighting is not operating

F11 appears in the clock display

A fault code that is not listed above appears in the clock display

Possible cause

The oven has not been switched on

The clock has not been set

The required settings have not been set

The oven’s automatic cut-out has been triggered.

The house wiring fuse (in the fuse box) has tripped

The oven light bulb is faulty

The meat probe has short circuited or the plug of the meat probe is not firmly in position in the socket

Electronic fault

Possible solutions

Switch oven on

Set the current time on the clock

Check the settings

See Automatic cut-out

Check fuse. If the fuses trip several times, please call a qualified electrician

Replace oven light bulb

Insert the meat probe plug into the socket on the oven side wall as far as it will go.

Switch the appliance off and on again via the house fuse or the safety switch in the fuse box. If it is displayed again, please contact the Customer Care Department

If you are unable to remedy the problem by following the above suggestions, please contact your dealer or our extended warranty administrators on 0870 010 7887 who will give you the details of your local repair agent.
