	On the front panel:		MAIN MENU
	Press CH5° to move		FUNCTION SET
	the highlight bar (arrow)		TUNER SET
		=INITIAL SET
	to “INITIAL SET”, then
	press OK.
	On the Remote:		PRESS (5,°), THEN (OK)
	Press SHUTTLE PLUS		PRESS (MENU) TO END
	%Þ to move the highlight bar (arrow) to “INITIAL
	SET”, then press OK or SHUTTLE PLUS #.

	On the front panel:		INITIAL SET
	Press CH5° to move
			CLOCK SET
	the highlight bar (arrow)
			LANGUAGE	ENGLISH
	to “GUIDE CHANNEL		=GUIDE CHANNEL SET
	SET”, then press OK.		CABLE BOX SET
			DBS RECEIVER SET
	On the Remote:
			SELECT WITH (5,°) AND (OK)
	Press SHUTTLE PLUS		PRESS (MENU) TO END
	%Þ to move the highlight bar (arrow) to “GUIDE
	CHANNEL SET”, then press OK or SHUTTLE
	PLUS #.

	Input guide channel number

On the front panel: Press CH5° to select the VCR Plus+ guide channel number as shown in the TV listing, then press OK.

On the Remote:

Press the Number keys or SHUTTLE PLUS %Þ to input the VCR Plus+

guide channel number as shown in the TV listing, then press OK or SHUTTLE PLUS #.

c If you receive your channels with a cable box and if you have properly set your Controller, “CABLE CH” appears in place of “VCR CH”. If not, refer to pages 15 – 17 and re-perform the procedure.

Input receiving channel number

On the front panel: Press CH5° to select the number of the channel on which the guide channel’s broadcasts are received, then press OK.

On the Remote:

Press the Number keys or SHUTTLE PLUS %Þ

to input the number of the channel on which the guide channel’s broadcasts are received, then press OK or SHUTTLE PLUS #.

c Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each instance.

Return to normal screen

Press MENU.
