Turn on the power.
The display illuminates and the control panel comes out.

Activate the Voice Recognition System.
“SPEAK” starts flashing on the display after the voice navigation “Please speak now” (or a beep).

Speak one of the Operation Commands (listed on page 24) to the microphone while “SPEAK” is flashing on the display.
The receiver performs what you command it to do. (Ex. when you speak “FM.”)
If your voice cannot be recognized
The unit will ask you to speak again (and more) until “V.COMMAND” disappears from the display.
If your voice command cannot be carried out and “V.COMMAND” disappears, repeat from step 2.
