Attaching the Marine Case to the Camera

ASetup the camera.z For models equipped with light, turn off the light.z Open the lens cover.z It is recommended to set to the auto shooting mode.z Insert the battery and micro SD card beforehand if needed.

z To turn off the camera, press and hold the power button for more than 2 seconds.

BInsert the drying agent at the back of the base.

CAttach the base to the bottom of the camera.

z Align the tripod screw hole at the bottom of

your camera with the screw of the base, and tighten the screw.

1 Open up the LCD monitor

Caution

zThe camera turns on automatically when the LCD monitor is opened. To turn off the camera, press and hold the power button for more than 2 seconds.

DFold the grip belt.

z Make sure the grip belt is not caught between the marine case when sealing.

1.Peel back the Velcro to pull the belt out.2.Fold the belt such that it is not loose.
3.Tuck the folded portion of belt between the main body and the belt.EOpen the marine case.

z If it is difficult to open buckles, use the small hexagonal wrench (buckle opener).

FInsert the camera into the marine case. z Align the base attachment groove with the

base to insert.

GAdjust the angle of the LCD monitor.z The LCD monitor can be tilt upwards to a maximum angle of 30 degrees.HSeal the marine case.

z Make sure that the O-ring is not twisted, and that you did not forget to attach it.

z Make sure that foreign objects (strap, belt, dirt, etc.) have not been caught in between.
