BEFORE OPERATION FOR THE
FIRST TIME
Unloading instructions
The machine was secured on a pallet
with stretch belts or ropes for safe
transport.
Proceed as follows when unloading:
! Cut the plastic packing tape and
remove the film.
! Remove the blocks for securing the
wheels and drive the machine off
the pallet using a suitable ramp.
Do not use a fork lift for unloading;
this could damage the machine.
First installation
! Check the tyre air pressure.

! Mount the side broom.
! Commission the battery.
! Install battery.
! Refill fuel

Moving the sweep machine without
own drive
When the machine is not self
powered, do not move it over longer
distances or at speeds higher than
6 km/h.
This can damage the hydraulic
system.
! Lock the hand brake.
! Pull fairing upwards.
! Unscrew hand screw at the inside
of the unit cover.
! Tilt unit cover frontwards onto cable
stop.
! Turn freewheel spigot at hydraulic
pump by 90°.
! Tilt back unit cover.
