NOTA:

Cuando use el pie para puntada recta, aseg_rese de porter la aguja en la posici6n del centro. De Io contrario, la aguja chocar6 contra el prensatelas yes posible que se rompa.

Para empezar a coser

Levante el pie prensatelas y posicione la tela junto alas lineas gufas en la placa de aguja (1.6 cm (5/8")).

Baje la aguja al punto donde quiera comenzar la costura. Baje el pie y pase los hilos hacia atr_s por debajo del prensatelas. Pise el pedal de control. Guie la tela con cuidado a Io largo de la gufa de costura dejando que la tela avance sola de forma natural.

• Para terminar a coser

Para rematar el final de las costuras, pulse el control de puntada invertida y cosa unas puntadas hacia atr_s.

Levante el pie. Saque la tela, tire de los hilos hacia atr_s y c6rtelos con el cortahilos. AI cortar los hilos con el cortahilos

quedar_ el sobrante de hilo adecuado para comenzar una nueva costura directamente.

Uso de las guias de costura _1_Gufa para esquinas

Relevez le pied presseur. Retirez le tissu, tirez les ills vers I'arri6reet coupez-les _ I'aidedu coupe-ilL Les fils sont ainsi coup6s _ la bonne Iongueur pour le d6but de la prochaine couture.

Uintervalle entre les lignes est de 1/8" (3 mm) celles-ci sont grav6es _ 3/8", 4/8", 5/8", et 6/8". Eintervalle entre les lignes en millim_tres est de 5 mm. Celles-ci sont grav6es _ 10 mm,

15 ram, et 20 ram.

Guia para esquinas

Para girar en una esquina de _ngulo recto a 1,6 cm (5/8") del borde de la tela,

1.Deje de dar puntadas y baje la aguja girando el volante en el sentido contrario alas agujas del reloj.

2.Eleve el pie y gire la tela de forma que su borde quede alineado con la guia de costura 1.6 cm (5/8").

3.Baje el pie y continue cosiendo en la nueva direcci6n.

Pour piquer un angle droit _ 1.6 cm (5/8") du bord du tissu.

1.Arr6tez de piquer et droit abaissez I'aiguille en tournant le volant en sens antihoraire.

3.Avaissez le pied presseur et commencez _ coudre dans la nouvelie direction.
