GENERAL DIRECTIONS
Drain fat and cool pan and rack slightly, (Do not let soiled pan and rack stand in oven to cool ) Sprinkle on detergent Fill the pan with warm water and spread a damp cloth or paper towel over the rack Let pan and rack stand for a few min- utes Wash; scour if necessary Rinse and dry QPTtON: The broiler pan and rack may also be cleaned in a dishwasher
DO NOT USE abrasives, Wipe with a damp cloth to remove soil, Do not wipe
cleaning powders, steel when oven is in use wool or plastic balls,,
They will mar the surface
Pult off knobs Wash gently, but do not soak Dry and [elurn control knobs to range
Wash all glass with cloth dampened in soapy water Rinse and polish witlma dry cloth If knobs are removed, do not allow water to run down inside openings in
the glass while cleaning
