Playing DVD, Video CDs, MP3/WMA, or JPEG files ÷ Press the 7 key twice.
Basic section
Resume function 
When the 7 key is pressed once, the playback position is memorized and pause (resume) is reached. When the 7 key is pressed again, the stored contents are cleared and stop condition is reached. When the 6 key [DVD/ CD 6 key] is pressed in resume status, playback starts again from the position where playback was stopped.
In case of a DVD Video/Video CD
Playback starts from the memorized position.
In case of an MP3/WMA file
Playback starts from the beginning of the file which was played back.
In case of a JPEG file
Playback starts from the displayed image.
The resume function does not operate in the following cases.
÷During random playback or repeat random playback
÷ During P.B.C. playback of a Video CD | ‰ |

÷When the input source has been switched.

÷Each time the key on the main unit or on the remote con- trol is pressed again, the speed is changed in 5 steps.
÷No sound is put out at the time of slow playback or slow backward playback.
