Changing DVD/CD settings

Entering the password

÷Setting of "Rating" is not possible at the time of program playback mode. Perform the operation for "Rating" after canceling program playback (E).

When no password has been set:

1Press the MULTI CONTROL %/ﬁ keys to select the viewing level as "0" to "7". Then press the ENTER key.

2Enter the password with the number keys. Then press the ENTER key.

÷When a wrong number has been entered, press the MULTI CONTROL %/ﬁ keys to delete the entered number completely and then enter it again.

Preparations

3Please make a memo of the set password,

store it safely. Then press the ENTER key.

÷ The password has been set.

Changing the password:

1Press the MULTI CONTROL %/ﬁ keys to select the “Change Password”. Then press the ENTER key.

2Enter the presently set password with the number keys. Then press the ENTER key.

3Enter the new password with four digits. Then press the ENTER key.

4Please make a memo of the set password, store it safely. Then press the ENTER key.

÷When a wrong number has been entered, press the MULTI CONTROL %/ﬁ keys to delete the entered number completely and then enter it again.

÷The password has been changed.
