Operations during iPod playback
Pausing and resuming playback
Press the [iPodE] key.
Playing the tracks in the previous/next album
To go to the previous album, press the [PREV.] key.
To go to the next album, press the [NEXT] key.
Skipping forward/back
Hold down the [I] key or [J] key.
Skipping forwards, backwards, and to the beginning
To skip to the previous or next track: Press the [G] key (previous) or [H] key (next).
To return to an earlier track: Press the [G] key two or more times in succession.
To return to the beginning of a track: Press the [G] key once.
Turning on the backlight
Press the [DISPLAY] key.
Turns on the iPod backlight for approximately 30 seconds.
z The volume level and sound quality settings of the iPod are ignored while it is connected to the system.
zDo not disconnect the iPod while playback is in progress. Doing so can cause a malfunction.
zCertain functions may not be supported depending on the iPod model.
