How Do I Turn the Beeping On or Off?
PowerTouch emits beeps under various circumstances (for example, to confirm your entry). You can turn these sounds off if you don’t want to hear them. To turn the beeps off:
1. Touch 
(SETUP) on the Quick Access menu.

once to turn off beeping. Touch it again to turn beeping back on.
