Install the Software
1Before you begin, close all software applications.
2Place the KODAK Picture Software CD into the CD-ROM drive.
3Load the software:
On a WINDOWS-based computer—usually, the first install window
automatically appe ars. If it does not, c hoose Run from t he Start menu and
type the drive letter that contains the C D followed by \setup .exe. For
example: d:\setup.exe
On a MACINTOSH computer—click Continue on the install window that
automatically appe ars.
4Follow the on-scree n instructions to i nstall the software. If prompted,
restart the computer when th e installation is complete.
To install all applications on the CD, select Typical when prompted.
To choose the applicati ons you wish to ins tall, select Custom when
prompted. See page31 for a description of the applicati ons that are
included on the CD.
NOTE: Electronically register your came ra and software whe n prompted. This
allows you to receiv e information re garding software u pdates, and
registers some of th e products include d with the camera. You m ust be
connected to your I nternet service p rovider to register electronically.
