Some settings are unavailable in Auto and SCN modes.

Setting	Icon	Options that appear in Liveview (Correct?)
Picture Size		7.1 MP (default)—for printing up to 20 x 30 in.
Choose a picture resolution.		(51 x 76 cm); pictures are highest resolution and
