6Adjustthe distribution and balance of hues.
Forcoordinated hue adjustment, from the Modify list,select Master.Drag the
Hueslider to increase or decrease the value between -180 and +180.
Forspecific hue adjustment, from the Modify list, select Red,Yellow,Green,
Cyan,Blue,or Magenta. Drag the Hue slider to increase or decrease the value
between-10 and +10.
7Drageach slider to adjust the Saturation,Lightness, and Contrast between -
10and +10.
8ClickOK to save the new HSL settings.
Adjusting Color Balance
Colorbalance adjustsonly the relative values of the colors red, green, and blue
ofRGB, or cyan, magenta, and yellow of Fullcolor.
1InImaging >Color mode, select Full color.
2Inthe Adjustment list, select Edit.
3InAdjustment Settings >Customcolor adjustment, select Custom 1,
Custom2, orCustom 3.
4SelectColor balance.
5UnderSelect Preview image, click the icon to select one of three different
images.Different colors are emphasized in each of the photographs to aid in the
coloradjustment process.
6Undereach color bar, drag the slider to adjust the relative values of each color
between –10and +10.
7Ifyou want to return all Color balance settings to zero, click Reset.
8ClickOK to save the new Color balance settings. The side panel displays these
newsettings.
Color Conversion
Colorconversion letsyou choose how to apply color processing to your print
jobdepending on howcolor data is received from the application. This feature is
availableif KPDL is selected in the PDL Settings dialog box.
InImaging >Color conversion, select from the following options:
Printersettings
Selectthis option to use the settings currently on the device.
Speedpriority
Selectthis option if the driver receives RGB data from the application.
