oranauthorizedbuilder.Thesystemdoesnotsupportunauthorizedbatteriesorbatteriesdesignedforother
systems.Ifanunauthorizedbatteryorabatterydesignedforanothersystemisinstalled,thesystemwill
notcharge.
Attention:Lenovohasnoresponsibilityfortheperformanceorsafetyofunauthorizedbatteries,and
providesnowarrantiesforfailuresordamagearisingoutoftheiruse.
Note:Ifanunauthorizedbatteryisinstalled,thefollowingmessagewillbedisplayed:“Thebatteryinstalled
isnotsupportedbythissystemandwillnotcharge.PleasereplacethebatterywiththecorrectLenovo
batteryforthissystem.”

AbatterypackotherthantheonespeciedbyLenovo,oradisassembledormodiedbattery

•Keepthebatterypackawayfromre.
•Donotexposeittoexcessiveheat.
•Donotexposeittowaterorrain.
•Donotshort-circuitit.
•Storeitinacooldryplace.
•Keepitawayfromchildren.
Thebatterypackisaconsumablesupply .Ifyourbatterybeginstodischargetooquickly,replacethe
batterypackwithanewoneofthetyperecommendedbyLenovo.Formoreinformationonr eplacingthe
batterypack,contactyourCustomerSupportCenter.

Donotdrop,crush,puncture,orsubjecttostrongforces.Batteryabuseormishandlingcancause
thebatterytooverheat,whichcancausegassesorameto“vent”fromthebatterypackorcoin
cell.Ifyourbatteryisdamaged,orifyounoticeanydischargefromyourbatteryorthebuildup
offoreignmaterialsonthebatteryleads,stopusingthebatteryandobtainareplacementfrom
thebatterymanufacturer.
