•Problem:Thebalanceslidercannotcompletelymuteonechannel.
Solution:Thecontrolisdesignedtocompensateforminordifferencesinbalanceanddoesnot
completelymuteeitherchannel.

Solution:Usethehardwarevolumecontrol.

Toturnoffthesoundcompletely,gototheMastervolumecontrolandselectMutespeakers.
•Problem:Whenyouconnectaheadphonetoyourcomputerwhileplayingsound,aspeakerdoesnot
producesoundintheMULTI-STREAMmodeatRealtekHDAudioManager.
Solution:Oncetheheadphoneisattached,thestreamingisaut omaticallyredirectedtoit.Ifyouwant
tolistentosoundfromthespeakersagain,besuretosetthosespeakersasthedefaultdevice.The
