Fruit Leather Sheets:

Additional sheets are available as an accessory from your L’EQUIP dealer. These sheets ‚t directly into the trays and are designed to dehydrate fruit puree for leather.

Temperature:

Micro-processor controlled heat sensor stabilizes the drying environment. Solid-state variable temperature control insures precise results.
