No image is displayed

Problem	Resolution
Is the product power cord	yy See if the power cord is properly connected to the outlet.
connected?
Is the power indicator light on?	yy See if the power switch is turned on.
	yy May need service.
Power is on, power indicator	yy Adjust brightness and contrast again.
is red but the screen appears	yy Backlight may need repair.

The power indicator amber?	yy If the product is in power saving mode, move the mouse or press any
	key.
	yy Turn both devices off and then back on.
Does the 'Out of range'	yy The signal from the PC (video card) is out of the vertical or horizontal

Does the 'Check signal cable'	yy The signal cable between PC and product is not connected. Check

	yy There may be a poor signal transmission occurring intermittently
	between the external device and LG monitor set. Disconnect the
	signal cable and then reconnect it. Turn the external device or the LG
	monitor set off and then on again.

'Unknown Product' message appears when the product is connected.
