To check the phone-to-PC connection

Once the devices have been connected, drag the phone’s Status Bar downwards to check the On-Screen Phone connection status. You can also check the On-Screen Phone program on the computer to see if your device successfully connected.

To disconnect your phone from your PC

Click at the top left of the On-Screen Phone window and select Disconnect. Alternatively, drag the Status Bar downwards and select On- Screen Phone connected > OK.
