Plug-ins Tab

Torq allows you to use VST plug-in effects to furt her enhance and mangle your music. VSTs can be stored in vari ous locations

on your hard drive, and these preferences will ch oose the plug-in locations for Torq to use.

System VST Plug-in Directory

This preference gives you the option to use your syst em VST plug-in directory as the VST fo lder for Torq.

1. Click the arrow next to the ﬁrst option and sel ect “yes” from the drop-down menu.

2. Torq will now use the VST plug-ins found at the path listed in the window just below.

Custom VST Plug-in Directory

This preference allows you to select an altern ate folder of VST plug-ins for Torq to use. This will allow you to specif y only

speciﬁc plug-ins to use by copying only the on es you need into a unique folder that you create.

1. Click the arrow next to the ﬁrst option and sel ect “Yes” from the drop-down menu.

2. Torq will now use the alternate VST plug-ins found at the path listed in the window just b elow.

3. To change the path, click on the path name.

4. This will open a standard System dialog box.

5. Select the folder in which your alternate VST plug- ins are stored.
