Makeabsolutelysuretomatchthefilminsertwiththefilm typebeingused.Ifthewronginsertisused,thecorrect filmplanewillnotbemaintainedandoptimumsharpness willnotbeachieved.Moreover,if120filmisusedinthe 220filminsert,thereisthedangeroftheleaderpaper gettingcaughtintheshuttercausingdamagetothecam- era.

*Beforeplacingthefilminsertintothecamera,makesure theleaderpaperonthetake-upspoolisflatandliesevenly betweenthetwoedgesofthetake-upspool.Thetake-up spoolshouldbewoundsufficientlytighttomakeitimpos- siblefortheleaderpapertorideovertheedgeofthe take-upspool.

*Always align the start marks of the film and spool clip before placing the film insert into the camera. (If the start marks are aligned within the camera with the aid of the film advance crank, the first frame will not be correctly positioned.)

Ifyouwishtouseroll-filmdesignedforsix6x6cmex- posures,followtheprocedureoutlinedbelow.

1.Loadthefilmina120filminsertanduseinthenormal way.Thefilmwilltake7exposures.

2.After7exposureshavebeentaken,settheshutter speeddialto1/500sec.,windthefilmadvanceknoband releasetheshutter4moretimes(theexposurecounter willindicate“11”).

3.Windthefilmadvanceknobonceagainsothattheex- posurecounterindicates"12”,openthebackcover,and removethefilminsert.(Donotreleasetheshutterwhen theexposurecounterindicates"12".)

4.Completelywindtheremainingleaderpaperaround thefilmtake-upspool. *Ifthefilminthecameraiscompletelywoundontothe take-upspool,thereisthedangerofthetipoftheleader papergettingcaughtintheshuttercurtainanddamaging thecamera.
