3Press or repeatedly until Ringing and Answering is highlighted.

5Press or repeatedly until Forward appears.

6Press .

7Enter the number to which you want to forward the fax.

8Press .

9Pressto save the setting and exit the menu.

Using Caller ID

Caller ID is a service provided by some telephone companies that identifies the telephone number (and possibly the name) of the person who is calling. If you subscribe to this service, it works with the printer. When you receive a fax, the telephone number of the person who is sending you the fax appears on the display.

Note: Caller ID is available only in some countries and regions.

Blocking junk faxes

1From the control panel, press Fax Mode.

2Press .

3Press or repeatedly until Junk Fax Blocking is highlighted.

4Press .

5Press or repeatedly until On appears.

6Press or repeatedly until Add Number to Block is highlighted.

7Press .

8Use the keypad buttons to enter a name, and then press to enter the corresponding fax number.

9Press to save this entry.

10Press or repeatedly until View Block List is highlighted, and then press to check or edit your entry.
