In the event of any faults which you cannot remedy yourself, or if the appliance is under guarantee, please contact:
–your Miele dealer, or
–the Miele Service Department
(see back cover for contact details).
When contacting your Dealer or the Service Department, please quote the model and serial number of your appliance. These are to be found on the data plate inside the front of the appliance.
Please note that telephone calls may be monitored and recorded for training purposes.
