Using Bookmarks on a CD

The bookmark feature lets you mark a point on the disc that you can go to quickly. You can store up to 9 bookmarks. To use the bookmark feature:

1While a disc is playing, press INFO to view the Banner Display on your TV.

2Press CURSOR left/right (< >) to highlight the B o o k m a r k icon

3Press SELECT or OK and the Bookmark menu is displayed.

4When you reach a point during playback that you want to mark, press SELECT or OK.

5Press CLEAR or INFO to remove the Banner Display from your TV screen.

Recalling a Bookmarked Selection on a CD

To recall a bookmark:

1While a disc is playing, press INFO to view the Banner Display on your TV.

2 Press CURSOR up (^) to select the G o T o row of the Bookmark Menu.

3Press CURSOR left/right (< >) to select the bookmark you want to activate.

4Press SELECT or OK to select the bookmark.

5Press CLEAR or INFO to remove the Banner Display from your TV screen.

Clearing a Bookmark on a CD

The bookmarks are cleared each time a disc is removed from the player or when the power is turned off. If all 9 bookmarks are in use, you can still mark new selections, but the previous bookmarks will be erased.
