L F E (low frequency effects) icon on the DCP501 turns off. Selecting N O defaults all speaker sizes to L A R G E . Select N O if you are not connecting a subwoofer to the AUDIO-PREOUT-SUBconnector on the back of the DCP501.

8Press SELECT or OK to accept your selection.

9CROSSOVER FREQUENCY: Press down arrow (∨) to select the subwoofer crossover frequency, which is the frequency below which sound is output by your subwoofer. The factory setting is 8 0 H z.
