After making all your connections, plug the DCP501’s power cord into a wall outlet, as shown in Figure 23. Proceed to the “Operations” section for information on setting up and operating the DCP501.

CAUT ION!

Do not plug the DCP501’s power cord into a wall outlet until you have completed all connections between the DCP501 and other components.

To prevent electrical shock, do not use this (polarized) plug with an extension cord, receptacle, or other outlet unless the blades can be fully inserted to prevent blade exposure.
