Understanding Status Messages

You may receive status messages under certain conditions. Before contacting Nextel Customer Care, note the message, numeric code, and the conditions under which it appeared. The following table lists and describes some status messages.

Status Messages	Message Description
Number Not in	The number that you entered is not
Service	valid.
User Not Available	The phone that you called is either
	busy, out of coverage, or turned
	off. Please try again later.
User Not	The person that you called has not
Authorized	purchased this service.
Please Try Later	This service is temporarily not
	available. Please try again later.
User Busy in Direct	The phone that you called is busy
Connect	in a Direct Connect call.
User Busy in Data	The phone that you called is busy
	using Nextel Wireless Web
	services.

Status Messages Message Description

Service Restricted	This service was restricted by
	Nextel, or this service was not
	purchased.
Service Not	You are either out of coverage or
Available	having problems with provisioning.
System Busy	The system is experiencing heavy
	traffic. Please try again later.
Server Not	Server is currently down or traffic is
Responding	too high. Please try again later.
Service Conflict	This service cannot be enabled
	because an incompatible service
	has already been turned on.
No Dispatch	You have attempted to reach a
Number Stored	Nextel customer using One Touch
	Direct Connect, but there is no
	Direct Connect number stored in
	your recent calls list.
Please Try Again	An error occurred. Please try
	again.
Self Check Error +	A fault was detected with your
Number Code	phone. If this error recurs, note the
	error code and contact Nextel
	Customer Care.
