A.Yes, the user can switch the tracking feature to ON or OFF on the phone menu, by selecting the Change Options menu item.

A.Yes, you can use an administrator password to restrict the access to the group management functionalities.
Q.My tracking feature is activated. Why is the handset position not displayed on the tracking web page?
A.Please check and adjust the date and time settings of the handset. This information is used to validate that the GPS position is not outdated.
