To send a call alert:

Press m. Select Alert # in Event.

Customizing Datebook Setup

To access Datebook set up options:

1From the main menu, select Dat ebook.

2Press m.

3Select Setup.

You can view or change these opti ons:

•Start View — sets Datebook to start in day view,

week view, or month view when you access

Datebook.

•Daily Begin — sets the beginning of your day.

This is the earliest time of day displayed in week

view, if you have a 12-hour day view.

• Delete After — sets th e amount of time

Datebook waits to delete an eve nt after it

occurs.

•Time Shift — lets you shift the times of all

Datebook events. This i s useful if you are

traveling to a different time zone.

• Alert Timeout — sets the amount of time a tone

continues to sound when you rec ei ve a

Datebook reminder.

•Clock — controls whether the time and da te

appear on the idle scre en; sets time and date

format; sets year.
