Deleting
You can delete only Quick Notes and reply ph rases
you have created.
To delete a Quick Note or reply phrase:
1From the Setup menu, select Quick Notes or
Replies.
2Scroll to the Quick Note or reply phras e you
want to delete.
3Press A under Delete.
4Press O or press A under Yes to confirm.
To delete all Quick Notes or all reply phrases:
1From the Setup menu, select Quick Notes or
Replies.
2Press m.
3Select Delete All.
4Press O or press A under Yes to confirm.
Setting the Clean-up Option
The clean-up option controls how long messages
remain in the Inbox and Sent Item s before they are
deleted. You set the clean-up option for th e Inbox
and Sent Items separately.
The clean-up option de letes only read, unlocke d
messages.
Clean-up Options
•Off — Messages are never automatically
deleted.
• 5 Messages — If you have more than 5
messages, messages are delete d in the order
they were received, starting with the oldest, un til
5 are left.
• 10 Messages — If you have more than 10
messages, messages are delete d in the order
they were received, starting with the oldest, un til
10 are left.
•1 Day — Messages are deleted if the y are older
than 1 day.
•3 Days — Messages are deleted if the y are
older than 3 days
•Custom — Lets you create a clean-up option of
up to 99 messages or 99 days.
For the Inbox
1From the Setup menu, select Cle anup > Inbox.
2Choose a clean-up option.
3To automatically delete messages now, press O
or press A under Yes. -or-
To delete messages later, p ress A under No.
