7.To install new battery, perform the procedure in reverse. Make sure that the red terminal (positive side) is connected first.

8.Loosen the two bolts on each side of the battery bracket and slide the bracket down to lower the battery to its original location.

9.Tighten the four bolts.

STORAGE

1.Wash off dirt and soil from every part with water. While washing, be careful not to let the water splash on the electric components such as the battery and the engine muffler.

2.Cover the machine to prevent dust and dirt buildup.

3.Store the machine in a dry area away from direct sunlight.

4.Do not leave the machine outdoors. Keep it indoors.

5.When not used for a long period of time, drain the fuel from the fuel tank, and either disconnect the battery terminals or remove the battery itself.

6.When the machine is used after a long storage period, check the level of engine oil and battery capacity before using.
